Stand Ki Aankh Aasmaa song out After the release of foot-tapping tracks Udta Teeter and Womaniya, Saand Ki Aankh's third song Aasmaa is hitting the right chords, all thanks to legendary singer Asha Bhosle's melodious voice. Tasmania features Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar in their older avatars as Chandro and Prakashi Tomar, supporting their daughters in winning the gold medal in sharpshooting. What makes Aasmaa different from the previous two tracks is that the new number not only features Taapsee and Bhumi, but it also introduces their daughters and their struggles in dealing with the inherent patriarchy in society. And Asha Bhosle crooning to "aasmaa uncha hai meri, tu hi choo Lena..." aptly describes their hardships. Asha's last was in the Vidya Balan-starrer Beghum Jaan in 2017. Therefore, to have her back after two years makes it extra special. Taapsee and Bhumi, who are essaying the sexagenarian sharpshooters in Anurag Kashyap's production Sa...
